The rocker, 45, said she could not even afford to feed her daughter Frances Bean, 17.
Love, who is living in New York's Mercer Hotel, texted a pal saying: 'I'm f****d now dude. I have 120 bucks, my kid hasn't had a decent meal and I'm getting evicted.'
The skint former Hole singer was last month banned from accessing the trust fund left for her daughter when husband Kurt Cobain killed himself in 1994.
She claims she has had more than £300million stolen from her by fraudsters since 2003 and has even hired investigators to try to track it down.
The pal said: 'She has really hit rock bottom. She's a financial disaster.'"
